  3. Whoa… had this one. I don’t know what the hell was wrong with me, but I didn’t value shit back then. Otherwise, I’d still have this and a lot of the others you’ve put up in the past. I used to wear ’em out and then they’d be useless to me once the covers came off. I finally started wanting to take care of ’em around ’97, but I wish I’d had more foresight in like ’92.

    This issue outside of the BIG article is pretty standard, but that cover is classic for so many reasons. That was BIG at his height, during the summer he owned, when he had the mainstream and the street-level fuckin’ with him. The Best of Biggie mixtape had just come out… it was his time.
